Business Analyst / Data Analyst

Our client is a Hong Kong's central banking institution, they are looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with solid experience in data governance to join their team.

• Support the data governance framework, in particular by adopting the data governance tools (MDM, Data Quality, Data Catalog)
• Define process and promote usage of data governance tools
• Support data testing activities during the test phases of the data program
• Ensure monitoring, escalation and resolution process of data quality issues in collaboration with data stewards, owners and data custodians
• Support training activities for data management systems and tools
• Develop Data Quality Dashboards to be reviewed in data working groups
• Bridge between external Vendor and internal teams for system issues, feedback and drive effective changes

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance/ Business Analytic/ Investment related projects
• Strong analytic mind-set with good knowledge of Finance or Investment operations
• Excellent problem solver, passionate in driving changes and a strong team-player
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge in investment, financial instruments, credit rating and benchmark data, data governance will be a plus
• Fast learner, willing to learn new system and tools
• Immediately available is preferred
