Practice Overview
The Customer First Practice within Capgemini’s Insights and Data Group helps clients to evolve and transform what they offer, how they operate, and how they acquire, engage and retain their customers using Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. We aim to help clients across various industries generate growth by becoming a Customer Centric Data-driven Organizations. Our audiences notably include CMO, CDO, CEO or Chief Experience Officers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in reporting, data analytics or data science
- 2+ years of experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, Python
- Experience with common data analysis/data science tools such as Python, R, Pytorch, Scipy, Sklearn, Matplotlib and Plotly
- Experience with data cleansing, wrangling and analysis
- Experience with analyzing structured and semi-structured data
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations
- Outstanding data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
- Excellent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement (e.g. attribution measurement, marketing mix modelling, revenue lift measurement) and statistical modeling a plus
What You Will Do
You will work with colleagues from across the firm to help companies multiply their growth via implementing best-in-class agile marketing and personalization, enabled by data and technology. You will apply your distinctive level of subject matter expertise to shape CxO level agenda on digital marketing and growth by developing specific marketing strategies and transformation initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition and customer value across channels.
In a collaborative environment with global teams, you will work in a broad range of industries to solve business problems by delivering data driven insights.
- Work with team to quickly understand client needs, develop solutions, and collaboratively present findings to client executives
- Collaborate with team to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to clients by clearly articulating complex technical concepts through generation and delivery of presentations
- Analyze and model both structured and unstructured data to generate value and insights
- Use industry expertise and data analysis experience to uncover new opportunities with client and 3rd party data
- Perform data cleansing, wrangling, EDA and apply statistic modeling to derive insights
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Data Analyst enable the transformation and performance improvement of an enterprise or its parts, with respect to people, process and technology, by providing relevant capabilities, assets (human and non-human), processes and tools. Data Analysts structure, analyze and visualize an enterprise’s current state. They design and visualize the future state. They also design and guide the change process from current to future state. Developing sector knowledge is extremely important for all Data Analyst. Functional analysts can specialize in Business, ERP, Application Management or Custom Software Development (CSD).
Required Skills And Experience
You are a self-reliant analyst who has mastered at least one methodology. You are developing your knowledge in a business and/or industry domain and an ERP solution or a technical tool / programming language. Possible positions could include being a Business Process Consultant describing processes, Requirements Analyst describing business / functional requirements or Package configuration.
Qualification
- Qualification: 2-5 years (1 year min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
- Certification: If possible seeking BA level 1.
- Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Business Change Management, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting
- Should have baseline skills in Software Engineering, Architecture Knowledge & Testing.
