We're looking for an E-Commerce Data Analyst to join us at Co-op and help us to make the most out of our data to advise decision making across our business. We'll look to you to work on various E-Commerce projects across Co-op, utilising advanced analytical techniques to provide clear and useful insights. As an E-Commerce Data Analyst, you'll partner and engage with a range of colleagues across Co-op to understand their needs, and to design the best solution based on these. You'll make often complex data much simpler to digest and use insights to advise decision making, allowing us to optimise our E-Commerce performance.

What you'll do

• deliver analytics projects from start to finish for our food E-Commerce business
• engage and work closely with key business partners to understand their needs, and design the best solutions
• use a variety of advanced analytics techniques, using data from various sources
• develop your understanding of how each E-Commerce project fits in with the wider business
• present your findings to the relevant partners in a way that is accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences

This role would suit people who have

• previous experience in an analytics environment, with the ability to analyse data from various systems and sources
• good experience writing and developing code using SQL, Python, or equivalent
• the ability to communicate complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences in a compelling and insightful way
• excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners
• strong numeracy skills, with a background in maths, statistics, or equivalent, either by education or experience
• excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
