Senior Data Analyst

Job Description:

Support business partners and control functions to enable compliance with data protection and data privacy laws worldwide, including inventory coordination and maintenance for record of processing activities. Interact with stakeholders across lines of business, compliance, risk, legal, and technology to ensure the necessary activities are performed based on the impacted jurisdiction and requirements of the law, rule, regulation, or guidance. Engage with systems of record and subject matter experts to understand processing activities involving personal data. Coordinate resources to execute against a scheduled procedure to refresh inventories of processing activities.

Required Skills:

• Ability to lead, collaborate, and influence
• Experience with technology implementations, systems/database design/architecture
• Proficient in MS office including Project, Power Point, Excel, Visio, Word, and SharePoint
• Data analysis and business requirements management
• Excellent project management skills

Desired Skills:

• Experienced in Data Privacy legislation and related compliance activities
• Experience with OneTrust or similar vendor tools to manage data privacy inventories
• Experience with technology implementations, systems/database design/architecture
