Join them in revolutionising the energy sector As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you'll dive into the heart of our operations, leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and optimise performance. From analysing energy consumption patterns to enhancing client servicing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their sustainability initiatives and maximising our impact on the planet. In this role, youll work towards your level 3 Data Analyst qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Agree and maintain site lists on behalf of clients. Monitor and track client change of tenancy applications, ensuring timely completion. Contact relevant departments to set up servicing contracts and liaise with Reporting, Trading, and Validation teams. Audit reports to ensure accuracy before delivery to clients. Ensure adherence to client KPIs and report any risks to the business. Review current processes for efficiencies and develop reports where necessary. Utilise data visualisation techniques to present insights to stakeholders. Create and manipulate database systems. Use programming languages such as Python and Power BI Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £16,000-£18,000 per annum Working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays Your birthdays off work Team building days Team social events Full-time employment after successfully completing the apprenticeship Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours. Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organisation and team members. Driven individual with exceptional organisational skills. Numerate and analytical. Confident able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and clients. Business acumen/commercial awareness. Enthusiastic and passionate about client service.
