The HR Analytics team at Citizens provides analysis, insights, and solutions to support workforce effectiveness and improve business outcomes. We conduct analyses to enable evidence-based decision making. We use statistical models to predict future outcomes. We provide actionable insights via interactive data visualizations. As a member of the HR Analytics team, you are as passionate about building collaborative client relationships as you are about digging into the data with statistical and data mining techniques. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, intellectually curious and an effective communicator.
We are looking for an HR Analytics Data Visualizer to join our team to visually tell our workforce story through end to end development of data visualizations.
The HR Analytics Data Visualization Lead at Citizens will be responsible for:
- Telling a compelling story with data and presenting insights in a consumable format for varying audiences
- Growing and maintaining a suite of visual dashboards in Tableau that enable data-driven decision-making for HR and the business
- Building dashboards and visual tools to analyze, report, and present data and insights across the employee lifecycle
- Consulting with end-users and stakeholders to address business needs and generating solutions via rich datasets and visualizations that enable better decision-making
- Working closely with our advanced analytics team to push the envelope of the types of questions interactive dashboards can provide answers to
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5 years of analytics and business intelligence visualization experience, preferably in HR
- Extensive experience in Tableau and Alteryx, with additional experience in R a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with strong business judgement and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
- Demonstrated ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense opportunities hidden in data
- Self-starter who can provide thought leadership and drive results in a dynamic and fast evolving environment
- Able to meet deadlines of multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and resolve issues, and collaborate with team members/clients
- Ability to manage a project from origin to conclusion. Ability to balance shifting priorities and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree required, and MBA a plus
