Data Analyst to join our product team

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be working in our Governance team to help us in our continuing mission to deliver world-class apps together with our partners.

You are a structured and analytical person with a technical background and a passion for products. You gladly take responsibility to take part in the development of Bontouchs’ Mobile Governance competence area - to grow the company and improve the way we work with our products.

What you’ll do

You'll be working with several client projects together with our developers, designers and team leads. For example:

• Analytics - Help our project teams and partners make sense of the data with insights and reports. This includes project managing data collection, analysis of usage data, finding patterns in user behavior, retention, trends and correlation between different data sources.
• Application lifecycle management
• Release management - Build, publish and verify app releases
• Maintain app store listings and manage Apple / Google distribution channels
• Monitoring - Configuration of data feed monitors, assessments and analysis of user reviews, error reports and crashes

Who you are

You have a Master's Degree in Computer Science and at least one year's professional experience working with data analysis. For this role, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English. We're looking for someone with an orderly personality, a structured and passionate approach to work. You have a keen interest in technology, in particular, the mobile market. You probably have previous experience in data analysis with the help of Python / R and have gathered data through SQL. It is also beneficial if you have experience from various analytics, business intelligence and campaign management tools.
