Junior Data Analyst

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our data analytics team. As a key player in transforming raw data into actionable insights, you will work closely with senior data analysts and business teams to gather, analyse, and interpret data. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow your analytical skills while helping the organization make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand data requirements and provide insights to drive business decisions.
• Assist in the development of data models and predictive analyses.
• Support senior analysts in conducting ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and analyses.
• Stay updated with industry trends in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation tools
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power BI (experience with Tableau is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from large data sets.
• Good communication and presentation skills to explain data findings to non-technical audiences.
