Job Description:

The Business Intelligence Data Analyst is to develop and maintain report, dashboard, key indicators for leadership team to track key metrics. The incumbent will work with cross-functional teams, leadership and external collaborators, to identify requirements and produce visualizations.

• Coordinate with Business Managers to translate business requirements into coherent Business Intelligence (BI) reports.

• Develop optimal and scalable Business Intelligence (BI) application to meet customer needs.

• Design, develop, test and implement data warehouse systems for BI reporting and analysis.

• Analyze existing BI reporting processes and suggest improvements.

• Perform BI research and provide results and findings to senior management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical training certificates and relevant work experience.

• Deep Tableau experience with data visualizations.

• Experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting is needed.

• Strong SQL development skills desired, writing complex queries and stored procedures with SQL, PL/SQL and T-SQL

• Knowledge of ETL tools is a plus

• Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large data sets

• Ability to transform data into actionable insights

• Tableau Community contribution and Server Administration experience is a plus

• Experience in working in fast-paced, dynamic and Agile development lifecycle

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
