Responsibilities


What to expect ...?


  • Developing and upholding reporting to monitor the business activity
  • Producing analysis that deliver actionable insights, using data correctly, accurately and effectively
  • Supporting the commercial program around CRM: targeting, tests, selections…
  • Defining KPIs, interpreting key knowledge derived from studies and communicating them to relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Contact Center)
  • Work closely with the Senior Data Analyst, on improving customer data collection, identifying new opportunities and promote data initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd-party vendors to specifically provide data-driven solutions to enhance Webloyalty’s data offering
  • Build and maintain very good relationship with the US based team
  • Share best practices and developments between brands and countries


Qualifications


Experience require


  • Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Science, Marketing eCommerce
  • Ideally experience working in eCommerce environment
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus


About you ...?


  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
  • Very good knowledge in SQL and EXCEL (VBA would be an asset)
  • Experience with SAS, R, Python is a plus
  • Experience with different data mining and forecasting software is a plus
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools : Cognos, Business Objects, GoodData, Tableau
  • Experience with Google analytics
  • Understanding of digital marketing techniques, technology and marketing campaign strategies
  • Solution driven mindset,
