What We Offer

As the Data Analyst, you are the central point of contact to support data related operational requests within the Alberta Division.

Responsibilities
  • Ad-hoc analysis with an emphasis on pricing and cost variance analysis.
  • Build interactive visuals and dashboards to track KPI's and communicate analytic results to business users.
  • Integrate, clean, and transform data from multiple databases to form comprehensive reports.
  • Build machine learning models to predict sales outcomes, product/material usage, purchasing budgets, etc.
  • Programmatically optimize lot/model allocation in new communities.

What
You Bring

  • Completed degree in a quantitative discipline (mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science).
  • Coding proficiency in Python or R
  • Confident extracting and manipulating data from SQL databases
  • Previous experience with Machine Learning, Data Science and solving problems at scale
  • Experience using business-intelligence software including Power BI or Tableau
  • Preferred: experience using JD Edwards and/or Build Pro
