We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our exceptional team. As a member of our Customer Success Data Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling financial solutions to meet our customers' diverse needs.
Responsibilities:
- Integrations Expertise: Design, construct, and take ownership of unique integrations that bridge Mosaic's backend architecture with our customers' technology stacks
- Automation Champion: Identify commonalities among business cases and work towards automating the backend integration process, optimizing efficiency
- Robust Reporting: Develop and manage robust and scalable reporting systems tailored to each customer implementation
- Data Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy of key financial data metrics used by customers for operational decision-making, financial reporting, and analysis
- Optimization: Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with business partners to implement improvements
- Metric Definition: Collaborate with team leads to define key metrics and build and/or automate essential financial metrics
- Technical Leadership: Function as the technical leader on projects to determine the best data solutions for customers' financial analysis and planning needs
Requirements:
- 2+ years in data analytics, data science, consulting, banking, or other relevant experience
- Intermediate-level proficiency in SQL and/or other analytical languages commonly used in ETL pipeline development.
- Experience in implementing integrated architectures for complex analytics, reporting, and planning solutions
- Deep understanding of data ontology and architecture
- Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating clearly across departments
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and excels in solving large, ambiguous problems
- Bonus Points: Exposure to Financial Planning & Analysis or prior experience in Customer Success functions
