Data Analyst Internship

What we offer:

  • Curricular Internship agreement between university, company, student
  • Flexible schedule for part time (4h/day) or full time (8h/day) for a 3 to12 months agreement

The HP Personalization & Industrial Business (PIB) offers an integrated portfolio of Services that enables predictable printing operations and optimized cost structure. It allows our customers to maximize press uptime, increase productivity, and grow their business.

The EMEA Competency Center is part of this organization, and our focus is to give support to our customers and help them to grow.

Our team actually giving support to the local service teams that are delivering onsite support to the HP Indigo customers. As part of our responsibilities we need to ensure that the knowledge is transferred from GBU to the local service teams. From our team we develop and deliver programs to help customer growth and improve current processes in the organization.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good presentation skills
  • Understanding of the printing industry
  • Office 365 expertise
  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.
  • Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
  • Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • LEAN knowledge (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Usage of differents platforms to manage Data.
  • Creation of automatic reports to extract data that supports the organization in their operations and decisions
  • Creation of Dashboard in different platforms (Power BI, Tableu, Service Now) to cover the needs of the organization.
  • Office 365 expertise
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.

Education and Experience Required:
Last year of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science and Engineering

Fluent english.
