The right person for our client will have a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering along with proven AutoCAD experience. If you’ve got previous experience with solar PV monitoring tools and software, this will definitely make your application stand out to our team! To do well in this role, you need a very fine eye for detail, the ability to identify patterns and discrepancies as well as superb draftsman skills. It is important that you are determined and follow tasks through to the end to ensure the end goal is achieved! Additionally, you also need to be able to manage numerous sites and liaise with counterparties on site. As the Data Analyst, you are responsible for assisting with the configuration of solar plants on the monitoring systems portals, capturing plant performance data and create analysis spreadsheets to determine plant performance, liaising with municipality representatives to acquire municipal approvals for solar plants, and creating and maintaining technical drawing based on given specifications and calculations.

Education Requirements
Tech in Electrical Engineering or a relevant qualification
Experience Requirements
Previous AutoCAD experience is non-negotiable
Previous experience with solar PV monitoring tools and software is beneficial

Your responsibilities will include performance tracking and reporting, creating technical drawings using AutoCAD, operations and maintenance administration, and monitoring of solar plan status on carious monitoring portals and logging any relevant plant errors, alarms, faults, tickets and downtime.
