The role drives insights to predict and prevent quality incidents and ensures user friendly visualization and storytelling. The role also ensures accurate data management and reporting and is key contact to project partners in other departments (e.g. MW, Pet, Food).

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Leads the creation of user-friendly visualization of data.
• Ensures user centric storytelling with data.
• Drives and applies predictive analytics to anticipate crisis, non-conformances etc.
• Ensures sound data-based assessments of supplier risk portfolios.
• Drives and applies analytical tools to optimize specs and processes.
• Key contact and SQA project lead for MVP development and further project implementation aiming at applying new data management and automation tools to SQA with special focus on supplier risk portfolio optimization.
• Ensures efficient resource allocation in the SQA team by developing and implementing risk evaluation tools for building and maintaining a likelihood of occurrence data base and Delphi 2.0.
• Fully understands data sources and provides accurate reporting.
• Supports and supervises the SQA Data Analyst role.
• Sets data analytics standards within the team.
• Key partner for Risk Experts within the SQA and R&D community to ensure relevance and customer focus of delivered insights.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Economic Statistics.
• 2 + years of professional experience in driving continuous improvement projects with a multi-functional global team.
• Experience of Master Data Management or Data Architecture.
• Passion for systems and data and strong user centricity.
• Expertise in process management.
• Fluent in English (C1).
