The role you’ll contribute: Provides data management, data analysis, and support for the Director of Institutional Effectiveness, working collaboratively with all members of the AHU team. Maintains a professional, caring and warm environment within the Institutional Effectiveness office. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of institutional research databases needed for reporting and research.
- Conduct research and studies on the institution, including design of studies, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Extract data and generate reports to support the evaluation of programs, assessment of student learning, administrative/educational support unit assessment, and accreditation.
- Responsible for the submission of reports to IPEDS, ICUF, FETPIP, College Board, and other agencies, as appropriate.
- Assist with the development and deployment of surveys and assessments for institutional effectiveness purposes
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of experience
