Your New Role
The primary role of the Senior Master Data Analyst is to be responsible for the deploy of the Master Data Governance framework and to establish end to end domain data lifecycle processes. As a Senior Master Data Analyst you will d esign the Master Data Governance framework securing harmonization and consistency across the organization, implement and carry out Master Data Governance for Domain specific Master Data objects, define and maintain templates for data modelling and business rules and implement Master Data Best Practices for the E2E processes. You will also ensure the design of a logical data model, lead the definition of Master Data standards and business rules, ensure consistency through centralized and harmonized Change Management, assess and prioritize together with the Product Owners new demands and changes and lead Master Data Quality and Process Quality improvement initiatives. One of your key responsibilities will be the deployment of master data concepts, processes and standards to users and to align and establish Quality and Performance measurements supporting validity, consistency, integrity Master Data across the organization. Regarding the ERP Program you will lead Master Data activities for Manufacturing and Quality Management, lead required cleansing and data collection activities and also Master Data Governance workshops. In addiction you will give support in Data Modelling, in mapping legacy to target, design and document data lifecycle processes for various business scenarios, identify all MD objects in scope of migration, assess volumes and effort for migration and support migration execution. Finally you will be responsible for ensuring and analysing data quality, lead business team reviews, identify dormant records, support and document rules and standards definition and lead field and value mapping for MD.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a talented individual with experience in Master Data Management, Process Management or Quality. You need to have a degree in IT, business or related field and sound knowledge of ERP related business processes. You need to possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, be an excellent communicator, with high costumer focus and have the ability to operate successfully in a dynamic environment.
