About the Role
We are looking for a determined data analyst to help shape our digital solutions and change the way insurance is bought online. No more insurance talk that only a lawyer understands, we are here to make a difference. As a Data Analyst, you will work in a multi-functional environment to design, enhance and operate our analytics and reporting capabilities and impact our marketing and product building decisions!
Your responsibilities
- Enable a data-informed culture within iptiQ
- Lead and grow web analytics and user & customer behaviour understanding capabilities
- Partner with key stakeholders in Marketing, UX and Technology to optimise strategy & tactics based on data
- Based on business requirements and stakeholder needs, create standardised, automated reports and dashboards
- Deliver ad hoc insights and analytics to partner teams to optimise the customer experience (e.g., A/B tests, segmentations or survey analytics)
What we look for
- Advanced technical knowledge of web analytics and behavioural analytics. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Optimize are your second nature.
- Experience in building analytics solutions using SQL and Python
- Hands-on knowledge of BI and reporting tools (DataStudio, Tableau)
- Interest in applying machine learning techniques for customer data analytics and process automation
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5)
- Passion for data and storytelling with data
- Interest in working in a multi-locational team within Europe
- Great team player: you collaborate effectively with team members, express technical leadership supporting your views and ideas while keeping open to different opinions
- Avid learner who stays up-to-date with the latest trends and can vet with pragmatism and long-term vision the adoption of new technologies
- Master’s or PhD degree in a data-focused field or equivalent working experience
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Interest in learning about B2B2C digital insurance products
