The Role:

You will use your Data Science expertise, in combination with your superior business partnering capabilities to expand the business’ data modelling capabilities, enabling the business to generate actionable insights, ensuring focus on high ROI Marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build bottom-up Marketing mix models
• Support brand channel performance analysis
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify gaps
• Highlight relevant data required to create actionable insights
• Analyse brand strategies, ensuring maximum ROI
• Partner with Brand leads to highlight business opportunities

Skills and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications – Data Science/Engineering/Marketing
• Proven Data Science experience
• Proven ability to develop & implement Marketing Mix Models
• Proven business partnering expertise - ideally with marketing teams
• Proven ability to deliver actionable insights from complex data sets
• Superior modelling capabilities
• R, Python or SQL experience ess.
• Exposure to CX/Multi-channel marketing campaigns advantageous
• Team player mentality
• Agile & dynamic
• Comfortable working with ambiguity
• Advanced communication skills
