Provide expert leadership at the enterprise level related to vast quantities of data (including disparate data), enterprise analytics, statistical modeling, and initiatives. Leads staff in advanced in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive and ensemble modeling, advanced statistical techniques, use of database tools and/or other approaches in quantitative analysis of complex business situations. Creates and implements solutions from initial concept to fully tested production and communicates results to a broad range of audiences. Expert use of current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to managements, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis. Expert use of all data types, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and high- complexity predictive modeling and fact-based management to drive decision making. Mentors fewer senior staff. Leads cross functional projects and programs. Routinely works on multiple highly complex assignments concurrently.
Minimum Qualifications:Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline required. seven (7) Year work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, solutions implementation, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics. Demonstrated superior analytical skills with diverse analytics, data types and statistical software and applications. Outstanding interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skill. Proven leadership skills.
Accountabilities and TasksExploration/Opportunity Identification
- Identifies what data is available, including internal and external data sources, leveraging new data collection processes (e.g., collaborating with customers to create new information via a survey).
- Works with internal and external subject matter experts to select the relevant sources of information.
- Explores diverse data sets from a variety of different sources to gather, synthesize and analyze relevant data and draw conclusions that can be used to identify relevant issues, business concerns, and trends.
- Formulates hypotheses about relationships and underlying models and carry out experiments with the data to test hypotheses and models.
- Explores data to discover or refine hypotheses, discovers new relationships, insights and analytic paths from the data.
- Identifies latest technological advances that accelerate the data analytics and scientific modeling capabilities of the enterprise.
Statistical Analysis & Evaluation- Develops experimental design approaches to validate finding(s) or test hypotheses.
- Identifies/creates the appropriate algorithm to discover patterns.
- Gathers relevant information, identifies relationships, deduces from cause to effect, and draws logical conclusions.
- Finds patterns in the data and finding correlation in related or unrelated variables.
- Works in iterative processes with the customer/business partner and validates findings.
- Establishes scalable, efficient, processes for model development, model validation, model implementation and large-scale data analysis.
- Develops innovative and effective approaches to solve analytical problems and communicates results and methodologies.
- Develop metrics that can be used to drive business decisions.
- Provides analytics expertise in order to solve in depth and technical problems.
- Applies advanced statistical and predictive modeling techniques to build, maintain, and improve on multiple real-time decision systems.
Presentation/Strategic Recommendations- Story telling/presenting with data insights and actionable recommendations.
- Helps the business understand the scientific principles behind their process in order to gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Provides updates and analytical presentations to stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Work with business users to assist and teach tools and techniques to the teams while partnering with the business users to solve their business problems.
- Provides thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects.
- Identifies emergent trends and opportunities for future business growth and development.
- Leads discovery process with stakeholders to identify business requirements and expected outcome.
- Presents/frames business scenarios in ways that are meaningful and depicts their findings in easy to understand terms.

The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Compensation:
Monthly Salary: $8,526.57 - $12,074.80
