About the role:

As a Principal Data Analyst you will play a vital role within our Network Pricing Analytics Team. You will have the opportunity work to with data from across our RX business, giving a unique opportunity to generate insights from the performance of individual contract line items up to overall book of business margin opportunities. This is an individual contributor role that will work on challenging and business-critical work.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading delivery of reporting & dashboarding projects from individual contract line items to global book of business views. Ensuring the delivery of robust, sustainable and scalable solutions while engaging with IT, boarder team and Senior Leadership
  • Developing the required data pipelines to support our reporting and partnering with IT to push to production
  • Lead the development of new concepts, technologies and products to meet emerging customer requirements, including migration to MS Azure
  • Direct analytics projects with segment-wide and/or enterprise-wide impact
  • Influence senior management decisions that impact business direction
  • Provides mentorship, support, training and guidance to team

Required Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, data science, data analytics)
  • Demonstrable experience leading or owning projects, with accountability of work for senior and/or management level team members
  • Undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)
  • Technical experience in Python, SQL and MS Excel
  • Data visualization experience
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
  • The ability to work a portion of monthly work hours from our Dublin office is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s or PhD in a heavily technical discipline
  • Data visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with cloud environments such as MS Azure or AWS
  • Experience working with transactional data in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking or Telco
