Within the Data Team, working closely with the Consumer sales team, you would be in charge of extracting meaningful insights and recommendations for our sales operations across our various channels leveraging data and technology.
In this role, you will:
- Build dashboards on Tableau for consumer business stakeholders.
- Bring actionable insights on a wide range of key strategic topics from analysing checkout funnel to affiliate compensation policy.
- Identify early signals of an emerging problem and make recommendations to take rapid actions.
- Work closely with Growth Team, Wholesale Team and Ledger.com Product team.
- Create and deliver presentations to synthesise complex ideas into actionable recommendations.
- Build data pipelines with the support of our data engineering team.
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience modelling and analyzing complex data set.
- Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of advanced SQL techniques, Python will be considered a significant plus.
- Proven experience with Data Visualization Tools - Tableau is a plus.
- Curiosity about the problem domain and an analytical and business-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with e-commerce will be a significant plus.
