As a Lead Data Analyst in HR Control, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work with senior managers and control groups across the organization, providing insights into various aspects of the HR function at our company. You'll play a critical role in supporting company-wide compensation and budgeting, working with Corporate Legal on legal actions, and collaborating with HR Systems on large-scale projects. You'll also be responsible for identifying process efficiencies and improvements across Corporate HR. Your expertise in SQL, SAS, Tableau, and other data analysis reporting tools will be leveraged to build new and advance existing reports. Remote work is allowed.
Responsibilities
Work closely with senior managers and control groups across the organization to provide insights into various aspects of the HR function
Support Company-wide Compensation And Budgeting Initiatives
Collaborate with Corporate Legal to provide support for legal actions against the company
Work with HR Systems on large-scale projects to ensure data quality and accuracy
Identify process efficiencies and improvements across Corporate HR
Use your skills in SQL, SAS, Tableau, and other data analysis reporting tools to build new and advance existing reports
Visualize quantitative information for non-technical audiences, including senior leaders
Must-have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience
Alternatively, a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience without a quantitative degree, or a minimum of eight years of analytical work experience without a degree
In-depth Knowledge Of Control And Financial Functions And Responsibilities
Proven ability to develop predictive data and aptitude for learning
High proficiency in using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau
Advanced proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, and/or Python, including the ability to create and troubleshoot basic programming
Excellent communication skills, including visualization of quantitative information for non-technical audiences including senior leaders
Intermediate computer skills including MS Office, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of spreadsheet functionality, including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing, and macros
Compensation
$82,400-$109,900/year
Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
