Guided by the R&D Data Scientist Manager, you will advise on and implement models in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Artificial Intelligence such as Natural Language, Transfer Learning, Deep Learning and other quantitative approaches to create predictive models that allow us to deliver operational efficiency and right at the first time innovations. You will leverage historical & newly gathered data from our e2e air care development process, to create models that allow us to learn faster about the potential of new technologies and to win with consumers. You will also leverage deep skills and best practices to provide expertise and leadership to help define Data Science Strategy for R&D and design AI solutions that will help drive technology benefits and business outcomes for the Aircare Development Category; while cascading learnings into the Science Platforms for implementation across the different business units.

You will be familiar with Design Thinking, Statistics, building Supervised and Unsupervised machine learning models, and data cleansing techniques using various utilities and programming techniques.
