Medically Home's Technology Team is responsible for creating and executing the roadmap for the company's core software product offering: the Cesia virtual hospital platform. As a key member of our analytics team, you will partner with our stakeholders to understand their needs, familiarize yourself with the underlying data, and produce the business insights they need to succeed. You will be a key part of the team defining the data and metrics architecture for as we explore new frontiers in distributed healthcare delivery.

Location: US only – Remote, Northeast preferred
Reports To: Lead, Data Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the business and align the data engineering roadmap to the company’s needs
  • Engage with internal stakeholders including Clinical Operations and Rapid Response Services teams to identify the primary output metrics and benchmarks that measure success.
  • Conduct extensive checks on data to guarantee high quality output and work with engineering to establish automated tests inside the data platform
  • Analyze proprietary data and communicate key insights to internal stakeholders
  • Create reports and dashboards that effectively describe the business and enable better decisions
  • Create release notes and training documentation to allow internal and external users to rapidly adopt new metrics, dashboards, and reports

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an analyst working in the healthcare domain
  • Strong experience in using SQL to turn datasets into metrics
  • Experience writing reports and creating dashboards for ongoing use
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services and solution
  • Empathy for stakeholders to understand and solve their problems
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Redash or equivalent BI tools
  • DBT experience is a plus
