Data Scientist & NLP Expert

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate and inventive Data Scientist & Natural Language Processing Expert to join our Speech and Text Analytics team. As a data scientist, you will be In charge to follow the entire technical pipeline starting from the customer-operator conversation up to the extraction of meaningful business insights from texts.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

• Developing and optimizing the Speech Analytics pipeline
• Extracting meaningful business insights from our conversation with extractive models or AI models
• Combine different data sources in order to define meaningful business KPIs
• Deploying a pipeline with the aim of implementing solid, reliable and scalable models in production
• Presenting the results to technical and non- technical audiences
• Identifying and applying the newest trends in the NLP field

Your skills and qualifications must include:

• Master’s Degree in quantitative fields like Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, and Engineering
• 2+ years experience in developing, implementing and maintaining Machine Learning /AI models and Optimization Algorithms
• 2+ years experience in modern NLP approaches, from Word Embeddings to modern Transformers
• Fluency in coding using Python, Pyspark and SQL + common data science libraries such as Pandas/Numpy/Transformers
• Expert level experience with the mathematical foundations of modern machine learning/AI algorithms and statistics
• Good communication skills, with the ability to present technical results to non-technical audiences
• Good business sensitivity in order to convert non-technical requests in technical pipelines and output
