What It's About

The Business Applications Group is closely aligned with the business teams and responsible for the key applications to administer, monitor and analyze Partners Group’s business processes through the investment value chain. It takes care of the availability, development, customization and on-going enhancement of these applications to best support the global business operations of Partners Group.

We are looking to develop technology team presence in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Enhancement and development of data analytics related services using Java, Python, SQL and other technologies
• Design and implement efficient data & CICD pipelines (ETLs) in order to integrate data from a variety of sources into Snowflake warehouse.
• Design and implement data model changes that align with warehouse standards.
• Design and implement backfill or other warehouse data management processes.
• Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high quality warehouse data.
• Fulfil ad-hoc data reporting requests

What We Expect

• Extensive experience (4+ years) in Data Engineering
• Excellent record of academic achievement, ideally Bachelor/Master from a top tier university, Computer Science or quantitative discipline
• Databases- Snowflake, Postgre SQL, MS SQL
• Cloud Technologies – AWS RDS, AWS Fargate etc
• Data Integration/Programming languages - Python, Java, SQL
• Experience in building data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical for enterprise Relational, and dimensional Databases.
• Strong understanding of Data warehouse and BI concepts.
• Working knowledge of Big Data concepts in organizing both structured and unstructured data is a big plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience of working with Agile development methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills which lend themselves to a team-oriented approach
