The
Data Analyst - Yardi is responsible for the maintaining, organizing, and reporting of Yardi Voyager 7s data (and its ancillary products). This position researches and resolves service requests & incidents, manages ticket queues, identifies trends and proposes industry best practices to resolve. Participates in research, design, development, and testing of new functionality within project teams. Develops & documents standardized application data processes and internal training materials. This position reports to the Yardi Data & Integrations Manager.
Responsibilities
Collecting, analyzing, and storing data in an organized fashion to ensure that it can be retrieved efficiently when needed Reviewing data for accuracy and ensuring that it is presented in a clear and concise manner Analyzing data to identify patterns or opportunities for improvement Prepare and perform ETL Import/Exports Perform Property Onboarding/Data Conversion/Data Management Troubleshoot Custom Report issues (SQL and YSR) Assist with cross departmental projects as technical resource Develop & maintain internal standardized documentation for Yardi data update processes, ETL processes, approval matrices in compliance with documented company ITGC controls
Qualifications- Data-driven critical thinking.
- Experience using standard SQL data analytics tools and/or applications.
- Passion for learning and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to assist non-technical users who depend on technology to perform their jobs.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and adopt new tools/methodologies.
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Uses attention to detail to achieve precise results.
- Yardi Voyager (or comparable core accounting software) experience a plus.
- Ability to maintain and implement data solutions
- Strong interest inlearning how to apply data analytics totheindustrial realestateindustry
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following:
- Python, SQL
- Data Extraction, data ingestion and data analysis
- MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, Teams, PowerBI,
- Four-year college degree with a BA or BS in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent is preferred. Two-year degree is acceptable with comparable industry experience.
$65,000 - $70,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
