Data Scientist, sizable enterprise

A well-established market leader is looking for a Data Scientist to join the team and participate in big data projects.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for structure/ unstructured data processing and department/ group level of statistical analysis
• Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate big data projects
• Support marketing projects on customer targeting and analysis
• Use machine learning algorithms and programming to build predictive models and provide business insight

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related discipline
• Experience in big data projects (academic study can be included)
• Experience in Python/ R, large volume of data processing, data analysis and data visualisation
• Experience in generalized linear models, survival analysis and generalized linear mixed models including their distributions, assumptions and interpretations
• Basic understanding of SQL for data retrieval
