About Global Commercial Payments Platform – B2B Connect
We are working on multiple technology stacks and want to add a highly motivated Engineer to our Commercial Payments organization in Austin, TX. Visa's Commercial Payments organization is responsible for managing Visa's B2B Payment Global adoption on Cross-Border funds movement, innovation agenda and the management of strategic partnerships with critical financial institutions. This group is responsible for defining and building the Non-Card based payment innovation and product for Visa Inc. Globally. This includes:

Near time Settlement
Enterprise ID stamping to create a digital identity for corporate entities
Hyperledger chain-code development

Essential Functions
Influence Engineering, Test and Product teams by evangelizing best practices that help take the quality of all products to the next level
Fluent in writing code using either one of the language : Java, Python, Go
Design and build scalable automated test frameworks and test suites working across technologies
Apply automation towards database testing including designing, creating, manipulating test data
Take ownership of one or more aspects of the Test and Automation Engineering Strategy and vision for the Risk-as-a-Service platform
Work closely with Engineering and Business stakeholders to communicate impacts by thoroughly understanding business requirements
Liaise with internal business and IT groups (such as database administration, infrastructure support, development) in performing support activities, system configuration and standard functional analysis
Design and build Continuous Integration and Delivery pipeline by integrating automation routines
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both home and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week, Monday (Sunday in some countries where Sunday is the start of the week) and Wednesdays. Wednesdays are designated as in-office collaboration days. The third day in the office will be decided based on team needs and determined in partnership with senior leadership.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
