Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure performance is in accordance with MDP Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction

(CSAT)* Monitor and analyse exceptions, issues and queries impacting the compliant processing and delivery of Type

5 AMI, Type 5 MRIM, Type 7 UMS and Type 6 Basic Meter Data, often comparing complex data sets from

various sources.* Resolve the Meter Data exceptions/issues in accordance with approved processes & procedure and within

the Market SLAs timeframes.* Perform On-Demand Reads to support the delivery of data and resolution of exceptions and/or enquiries.* Process B2B enquiry within the mandatory Market SLAs (accuracy and timeliness).

  • Actively collaborate to share insights, lessons learned and wins widely with others by identify technical issues,

system defects and/or trends related to Meter Data and seek to identify possible opportunities for process

improvement and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Skills And Experience

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills:
  • IT/System Skills:
  • MS Excel (Intermediate or Expert),
  • MS Access extensively (and/or and other data analytic tools) in the analysis of data and problems,

and development of operational reports.

  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in metering within the energy / utility industry
  • Good understanding of, and experience in working with, AEMO and AMI obligations, rules,

processes, and SLAs, as applicable to all Market Roles.* Operational experience in the use of metering systems, SAP, UIQ and/or PolicyNet, EnergyIP and

Kinetiq preferred.
