About The Role
Our dedicated logistics team works tirelessly across borders, shaping the operational backbone of Instabee. We handle everything from short term operational changes to long-term strategic goals, and we need a keen mind like yours to join our ranks.
As a Data Analyst in our team, your mission will be to understand, analyze, and resolve complex business challenges. By working hand-in-hand with various stakeholders, you'll tap into commercial, operational, tech & product departments, among others.
We value your expertise and encourage you to carve your unique path. Our goal is to empower you to find the right resources, dive deep into the data, and present your insightful findings. Your analyses will shape our strategic decisions, driving quality and speed in our logistics operations.
About You
We're searching for an enthusiastic, curious mind who's not afraid to work with incomplete data and abstract concepts. Your toolbox should include:
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
- Willingness to learn and develop yourself.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- An innate tendency to question and challenge existing structures.
- Adaptability and resilience in an environment where priorities can shift.
- An interest in consumer behavior and operational processes.
- Appreciation for good visual design and an understanding of data visualization techniques.

We allow our customers to shop from any of our e-commerce partners and pick up their products in one of our conveniently located Instaboxes, alternatively, we offer home delivery if that's their preference.
We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans on stopping anytime soon, and hopefully, this is where you come in
