Machine Learning Engineer - Zurich - Permanent role

My client is an industry leading financial institution that offer expert private and corporate financial services. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to be the newest asset to the Machine Learning department assisting in the development of models and infrastructure best utilised for the application of areas such as forecasting and risk management.

For the Machine Learning Engineer position my client requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Experience with software development in one or more programming languages (C++ or Python).
• Experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or finance industry setting.
• Experience in building Machine Learning infrastructure, forecasting models, data pipelines, and real time large-scale data processing.

Preferred experience and qualifications:

• Mathematical/Statistical/Physics Educational background.
• 2+ years financial/banking experience
• Msc/PHD level of education
