- Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support various data processing and analytics needs
- Big Data Management: Handle large-scale data sets using big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and others
- Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, ensuring consistency, reliability, and accessibility for analysis
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to provide the necessary data support for analytical models and insights
- Optimization: Optimize data systems and infrastructure for performance and efficiency
- Cloud Integration: Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) to enhance data storage, processing, and retrieval
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in data engineering, with a focus on big data technologies
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java
- Strong analytical and big data skills, including knowledge of data warehousing solutions
- Experience with data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark, ELK, etc
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement
