Sr. Data Scientist, GTM Enablement
You and Your Challenge
Do you know data science and enjoy sharing your knowledge? We are looking for an enablement specialist to drive success in our GTM teams spanning sales, customer facing data scientists, customer success and more. Whether it is enabling a new hire or providing continuous enablement for existing folks, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering high quality enablement content. Outside-the-box thinking is a must in being creative with the content and you need to be comfortable in presentation/enabling to large audiences.
What you need to succeed
  • 4+ years of real-world business experience in a data science role
  • Hands-on experience building and implementing machine learning or AI models
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that machine learning solutions deliver successfully on business outcomes
  • Off-the-charts communication and presentation abilities
  • Amazing project management skills
  • Familiarity with a variety of technical tools for the manipulation of data
  • Fluency with scripting in Python or R (preferably both)
  • Experience in a GTM team within enterprise software is a plus
  • Familiarity with data platform technologies and cloud technologies is a plus
The impact you’ll have
  • Being an SME in data science and our product, by learning the best practices across verticals and customers of all shapes and sizes
  • Support our entire GTM teams in enablement and execution throughout the entire customer lifecycle by using your SME knowledge
  • Create content and present at large company events and conferences
  • Being a SME that can translate very technical facts and data into messaging that resonates to any audience at any point in the GTM process.
  • Working directly with our GTM teams in their day-to-day by helping them strategize towards success in their GTM motions using your SME knowledge
  • Becoming a product and industry expert as well as our ecosystem and its integrations
