We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Decision Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Decision Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvement and leveraging data to enhance our investment strategies. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Investment team to identify areas for improvement, conducting interviews and gathering data to inform process enhancements.

Design and implement innovative workflows and strategies to optimize business performance and drive operational excellence.

Develop a deep understanding of our investment databases, ensuring smooth data flow and system architecture.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business and technical processes, including data flows and operational systems.

Provide valuable support to internal teams through data analysis and the development of insightful reports.

Continuously enhance your technical skills, staying up-to-date with advanced SQL, process automation, and reporting tools.

Embrace professional growth opportunities by attending relevant conferences, training seminars, and classes to expand your programming language knowledge, investment expertise, and business intelligence tools.

Contribute to special projects under the guidance of the Decision Systems Manager - IDS.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proficiency in SQL programming language (knowledge of MATLAB, Python, or similar languages is a plus).

Experience utilizing reporting and data visualization tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services and/or Tableau.

Proven track record of gathering and documenting process or system requirements to drive improvement.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in writing technical documents.

Excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with investments and technology implementation in investment environments, including SQL Server, data modeling, business intelligence, computational application development, financial engineering, and/or financial market data.

Experience working within the public sector.

Proficiency in robotic process automation tools such as UiPath or Power Automate.

Advanced degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

At our organization, we follow a hybrid work model, which offers a flexible arrangement. Employees work two days on-site and three days remotely. Candidates selected for this position must be available to come into the office on remote days when required.
