CRM Champion and Data Analyst (m/f/d) in our Business Development Team in Central and Eastern Europe, based in Austria (ie.
Vienna or
Linz).
Tasks
- Accountable for all Analytical needs and rollouts of Global Projects for Regional Sales and Business Units
- Regional contributor for Digital Transformation initiatives within DI in regard to CRM and close collaboration with DI HQ in Germany
- Development of dashboards and reports to highlight insights in our CRM System, Power BI for the Digital Industries, and front-end data models
- Managing communications and trainings for Data Stewards and Key Users in assigned countries in Central Eastern Europe
- Responsible for Sales Processes and Structure in the CRM System
- Responsible for Implementation of Change Requests and User Stories for Sales Processes within CRM System
- CRM Tool Technical Second Level Support
Experience
- university degree (economics and/or technical) or equivalent education/experience preferred in the field of computer science or data analytics
- very good command of Microsoft Office tools
- PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce software knowledge is a plus
- Experience in SQL (preferably Databricks), data visualization, ETL processes or more specifically automating data loads
- innovative, self-learning, team player with high communication skills
- fluent in speaking and writing in English; German is an advantage; Eastern European languages are an additional asset
Our offer
The gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 56,000. Depending on education and experience, overpayment is possible.
