The Department of Health Management & Policy in the College of Public Health is looking for a Biomedical Data Scientist to support PI-driven database construction and data analytics. This person will compile, analyze, and create reports using diverse biomedical data, develop, maintain and utilize database management systems for clinical or health services data, and collaborate with investigators on writing and editing drafts of manuscripts, abstracts, and reports. Job duties will include: merging heterogenous data sets, constructing quality and safety metrics, developing methodological approaches for research questions, independently developing manuscripts, and overseeing graduate students in data science related fields.
SAS or STATA experience
