• Proficiency in Collibra and other data governance tool based products and solutions.
• Possess knowledge and understanding of data governance concepts and frameworks
• Implement and enhance the Data Catalog as a central tool to create data transparency and to automate Data Governance workflows
• Proactively identify opportunities for further improvement of the Data Governance Framework.
• Ensure that Data Governance policies and procedures are adhered to for onboarding data subject areas with clear data classification and data ownership.
• Build and collaborate to develop and maintain the data catalog, policy and standards library, data lineage, data quality, privacy, and risk dashboards
• Devise improvements to current procedures and develop methods for increasing efficiency, accuracy, and performance of metadata solutions
• Build Dashboard and data integrations for Collibra platform
• Experienced in data linage, data stewardship and other relevant data governance concepts.
• Develop software workflows to apply the business process into a data-rich environment that provides governance and utility based upon the needs or requests of the customer
• Develop requirements, build business processes, design workflows, and develop code

What You Bring to Karsun: (Requirements- Required/Preferred/Desired)

• Collibra: 3 years (Preferred)
• Documenting source-to-target mappings, transformations, controls
• Experience with using bulk upload files to import glossary terms, reference data code lists etc.
• Experience with integrating Collibra with other applications using Collibra Connect, Java APIs, MuleSoft etc.
• Knowledge of Collibra operating model, workflow BPMN development, and how to integrate various applications or systems.
• Design of Data Governance Organization including steering committee, data governance office, stewardship layer, and other working groups.
• Setup people and processes including relevant roles, responsibilities and controls, data ownership, workflows, and common processes.
• Understand the current business and data landscape, Work with businesses to define Data Governance Organization and Business Glossary.
• Enhance the underlying meta-model to meet the ongoing technical requirements
• Relational Data Analysis including SQL queries, Data Optimization and Quality Analysis
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, math and/or science and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with information architecture concepts (Common Information Model/Canonical Data Model, Enterprise Information Management, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Master Data Management)
• Experience with data modeling, data mapping, data profiling, and data quality
• Ability to communicate, written and verbally, technical concepts in business terms
• Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency and areas of potential conflict

• Apache Groovy and Mulesoft
