Job Purpose: The role incumbent will be responsible for the creation of new data sciences capabilities for the organisation by envisioning and executing machine learning models thus improving customer experience and business performance by enabling informed decision making.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage advance analytics techniques to map customer behaviors
• Able to understand business perspective and proactively identify solutions with business problem of

ensuring best customer experience

• Performs complex analytics/design and works autonomously, with little or no guidance
• Manages internal processes necessary for successful project implementation
• Performs research needed to execute projects
• Work with cross functional stakeholders to increase adaption of analytics in decision making
• Provide data driven solutions to improve customer experience
• Identify opportunities and intervention areas for improving customer experience
• Ability to understand complex business problems,
• Collecting, pulling and preparing data, building statistical / ML models using Python
• Generating insights to synthesize a complete, cohesive picture
• Communicate the context and value of data analysis and models to stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and

improving decision strategies

Qualification & Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant experience with prior focus in predictive modeling
• MBA or Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics etc.
• B.Tech/B.E. or bachelor’s in Computer science or any other stream

Essential Skills

• Experience in writing complex SQL queries and proficient in Python / R
• Predictive modeling skills
• Knowledge and exposure to cloud analytics platform like AWS
• Strong communications skills with ability to develop and communicate complex concepts and ideas
