About The Role

Here at CarFinance 247 we are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Data Scientist with a passion for problem solving to come and work in our cutting-edge technology team.

Our Event driven architecture enables us to train and serve models in a model friendly, real time environment. This makes our modelling efficient and dynamic.

We are believers in that great Data Scientists take ownership of their ideas right the way from proof of conception through to monitoring and training of real time models.

About You

Responsibilities of a Data Scientist:

• Experience in an analytical, research or data led role
• Cloud services experience – Azure
• Building production models
• Strong Python programming skills
• SQL experience

Desirables for a Data Scientist:

• Experience, or theoretical understanding, in development and use of machine learning algorithms or predictive analytics
• Experience of BI packages – E.G Power BI, Tableau, Looker
• Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline – E.G engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics.
• Experience of working collaboratively within a team.
