The Sr. Data Analyst, Quality & Post Market Surveillance is responsible for collection, reporting, and analysis of data for the Post-Market Quality team. This position will deliver the information that drives key decisions and help build the analytics roadmap for the Global Quality organization.

This position is part of the Global Quality organization and can be remote. Cepheid is delivering A Better Way to improve patient outcomes by enabling access to molecular diagnostic testing everywhere.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Utilize multiple data sources to identify trends to ensure compliance with post-market regulations
Create dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics
Support investigation teams through analysis of manufacturing, instrument log, and IoT data
Present insights from trends and investigations to senior leadership to identify when projects need to be initiated
Ensure data integrity is maintained across multiple systems

The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
5+ years of work experience in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization
Experience with manipulating large datasets from a variety of databases (SQL, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
Creating dashboards and joining data in Microsoft PowerBI
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (conditional formulas and formatting, charting, pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experience with appropriate FDA and ISO regulations. Basic understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance
Experience with API integration
