Following recent third round funding, this unicorn company is growing at a rapid date and needs experienced and driven senior data engineers to join the brand-new tech hub in Berlin, with over 1 billion downloads, this easy to use app is the 12th most downloaded on the app store.
The ideal candidate will have senior experience working with Java in a microservice environment. The tech stack for this position includes: Spring/Vertx, AWS/Kubernetes, Kafka and various NoSql Databases.
- You will work alongside data science teams to help empower data driven business decisions
- Help and mentor fellow team members on algorithms, design patterns, data structures and best practices
- Help build a data lake solution with focus on performance and quality
- Help to maintain and improve with the overall delivery, quality, and performance of the team
