Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and implementing analytics and reporting solutions to fulfill data decision needs.

Utilizing various databases and systems to create interactive dashboards and provide innovative data representations using business intelligence technology.

Creating and maintaining up-to-date analytic plans and specifications for all analyses.

Analyzing report content and transforming data into interactive dashboards.

Working collaboratively and independently to solve complex problems by interpreting large datasets.

Utilizing expertise in data warehouses, business analytics platforms, and database platforms.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2 years of healthcare experience, 2 years of data analysis or database management, and 1 year of business intelligence and reporting experience.

Qualifications

Strong skills in clinical decision support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Sharp critical thinking abilities to solve complex problems.

Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to the position.

Proficiency in computer skills appropriate to the position.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Familiarity with medical terminology and its use.

Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Shift: Daytime (8 AM - 5 PM)

No weekend work or on-call duty required

Employment Status: Active Full-Time
