Job Description:
The Business Intelligence Data Analyst is to develop and maintain report, dashboard, key indicators for leadership team to track key metrics. The incumbent will work with cross-functional teams, leadership and external collaborators, to identify requirements and produce visualizations.

Coordinate with Business Managers to translate business requirements into coherent Business Intelligence (BI) reports.

Develop optimal and scalable Business Intelligence (BI) application to meet customer needs.

Design, develop, test and implement data warehouse systems for BI reporting and analysis.

Analyze existing BI reporting processes and suggest improvements.

Perform BI research and provide results and findings to senior management

Job Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, technical training certificates and relevant work experience.

Deep Tableau experience with data visualizations.

Experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting is needed.

Strong SQL development skills desired, writing complex queries and stored procedures with SQL, PL/SQL and T-SQL

Knowledge of ETL tools is a plus

Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large data sets

Ability to transform data into actionable insights

Tableau Community contribution and Server Administration experience is a plus

Experience in working in fast-paced, dynamic and Agile development lifecycle

Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
