The Role
TimelyMD is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Analytics team, which is responsible for using data to provide insights and inform the decisions of key stakeholders across the organization. The Data Analyst will work on improving new reporting processes, as well as developing new reports and dashboards. They will be responsible for data management, querying and report delivery/maintenance and dashboarding. They will also work on strategic analyses and data integrity projects.

What You'll Do

    • Develop and maintain reports and maintain dashboards to inform internal teams such as Finance, Marketing, Client Success, and Care Operations
    • Query, clean, combine and organize data from various sources to support company-wide analytic needs
    • Ensure data quality across multiple business platforms
    • Identify and translate business needs into data products
    • Serve as a data expert to internal stakeholders

What You Bring

    • Differentiated communication, collaboration, organizational skills required for this shared cross -company analyst role
    • Bachelors in a science or quantitative discipline
    • Proficiency in Excel
    • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
    • Strong problem-solving and oral communication skills
    • Basic statistics knowledge is a nice to have but not required
    • Additional programming language like Python, R, etc. is also plus but not required
