Cluster Lead Data Engineering (m/f/d) (ID:371821)

Your Tasks
- Oversee Data Engineering activities (e.g., designing and implementing data pipelines, data security, quality and automation)
- Establish Data Engineering standards and tools in collaboration with the Platform team and promote implementation of practices by creating protocols and ensuring their application
- Ensure that everyone in the Data Engineering community has the right support to do their best work and grow in their roles
- Develop, manage and measure continuous learning activities for the Data Engineering community, spanning across locations and business functions
- Provide deep expertise on strategic use cases (e.g., high priority products, technology development)
- Act as the “go-to-person” for the Data Engineering community to solve complex problems
Your Profile
- Senior expertise (5+ years) of leading large Data Engineering teams at high growth enterprises and working across product and technology departments
- Strong coaching and capability building skills with the ability to grow and continuously develop a thriving community
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment
- Deep coding expertise in SQL and ETL, preferably Azure Data Factory and Databricks data manipulation, clean coding techniques and ETL framework creation to shape and develop state-of-the-art Data Engineering practices
- Data Modeling expertise to align with data engineers and data architects on model evolution
