Your New Role Looks Like This:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support the data & analytics function in Group Technology through the extraction, manipulation, interpretation of data from various sources to deliver actionable insights that support key business decisions.

Having a strong understanding of the data life cycle and deep technical expertise in data transformation/tools, the role will interrogate and transform multiple data assets to deliver BAU and ad-hoc analysis in a value add and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Extract, Manipulate and interpret data from various sources to deliver actionable insights.
  • Lead, design, develop and implementation of data analytics/data migration projects that are part of Group Data Analytics.
  • Create and present data visualization to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with wider group technology and business stakeholders and ensure deliveries are met within the timelines.
  • Lead and participate in enterprise-wide data community of practice.
  • Guide other Data analysts and wider data team in ensuring best practices are met.
  • Ensure BAU SLA’s are met.
  • Deliver and streamline BAU Reporting.
  • Deliver regular monthly reporting for different use cases and automate wherever feasible.

About You:

  • Demonstrate 7+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis domain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs.
  • Proficiency in handling large and complex data sets using various applications.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL query skills and exposure to Python.
  • Experience in BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.
  • Experience with MDM and Single Customer View.
  • Experience working in modern cloud data platforms and data migration projects.
  • Extensive experience in Data-warehousing, Data modelling, cleansing & mining concepts.
  • Sound understanding in data life cycle management and data governance framework.
  • Desirable to have worked in an Agile environment.
