Job Description

• Creation and maintenance accurate Manufacturing bills of materials and routings.
• Ensure item master and product costs data is correct on new/modified parts within the business systems
• Carry out projects within the Business to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Data input on ESR, new part creation and costing on the AS400 ERPLX and TOPS system.
• Ensure that the production process meets both the requirements of the customer and compliance with relevant legislation
• Part number creation
• Production drawing creation and drawing registers
• To maintain system data and provide support to manufacturing
  

The Successful Applicant

Essential

Engineering background or relevant qualification

Excellent Interpersonal skills

Computer literacy

Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)

Understanding Of Lean ManufacturingPreferred

Experience of Windchill or other PLM software

Previous use of SAP
