We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst with US Federal Solutions, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex data sets and providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making processes
Develop and maintain data models, databases, dashboards, and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business and technical teams to support data-driven decision-making
Conduct data quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to support data-driven decision making
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the data analytics field
Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in SQL and other database management systems
Strong skill set around database modeling and data warehousing
Proven ability to analyze large and complex data sets with advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
Knowledge of Python or R strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
